She will be okay. If she were mine, I would leave her alone until closer to nadir time. The extra .25 insulin you have her last night and this morning will not have an immediate effect.
 
Lantus may take 3 to 5 days for a new dose level to stabilize.

Yeah, it's just hard, because the only time I'm home during the day is on weekends and I simply cannot wake up to test. I am such a heavy sleeper and so exhausted that waking up at night just isn't a reality for me. I feel like she needs more insulin...I'm noticing she is eating more.
