Good morning! Not sure why she is so high this morning but hopefully she comes down today. We have 3 days left on the ear drops. They contain steroids and antibiotics, and I am certain thats why her numbers have been higher. That, and the constipation she had. I need to start giving something for her hard dry stools,but not sure what right now. I'm open to suggestions! I have to go to work now so I will update later. Have a great Sunday everyone.

I use a product called Cat Lax as required. It never affected Vyktors BG and he will eat it all up as a treat. My mum uses the same thing for her cats when needed and it's so tasty that she gets her girl cat to take her meds by smearing a little on them.

Still using miralax because it works. I'm going to take a look at Cat Lax. I'm glad the ear drops will be done soon. It's hard to watch the high numbers but at least you know the cause.

Yeah, those high numbers can make you crazy, but they're understandable with the steroid. Once she's through the course, numbers will come down.

I cat sit for a little guy that gets Miralax for his colon issues; another gets Lactulose for constipation. I'm guessing those work for those kitties since every time I take care of them, they're still getting the get-going stuff.
