Happy Valentines LL!

Two years ago today Tarragon was diagnosed with FD. Like many, we tried to just switch food for a month to see if that would do the trick, which it didn't. It is a special day because we started on a journey that would bring us to now. Tarragon is healthier and definitely happier than he has been in a long time. It has been a long road to get to this point with a lot of tears and anxiety for our own as well as all of the kitties and beans on the board who we now consider family. I've learned a lot about myself and become a much more patient and thankful person in the process.

To celebrate, Tarragon decided to earn a reducie in dramatic style last night. Silly boy. Since he didn't bounce too bad, I went ahead and took the reducie this morning. He is now at 2 U, which he hasn't seen since 10/21/12. WOOHOO!!! Happy furry purry this morning with lots of headbutts and snuggles.

I haven't been on the board much the last month with being BIC, the board being down, and year end at tbp. I'm hoping that is all behind us and things can get back to normal. I miss you all.

Happy Annifursary lil T. We love you to the moon and back.

What a great WCR today. It struck home with me, especially the part about how the whole FD process/sugar dance has affected you,. it is the same here - learned alot about me. Couldn't agree more on the healthier happier kitty too. :-D :cool:

Happy Annifursary, Melissa and T! It's a tough one to celebrate but a lot of good has come out of it too. :-D :-D :-D Especially a furry purry guy. :-D Congrats on the reducie and paws crossed that this is the bounce. Have a great day!

Morning Melissa and what a great condo. Happy Annifursary to you and Tarragon and what a great job and Bean you are to Tarragon. I agree as I don't know how anyone can do it without a great support group such as ours and a lot of good has come out of it all with the sugar dance. Congrats on the reducie, too, go Tarragon. Happy Anniversary!

I always have mixed emotions celebrating an anniversary of FD. It's bittersweet since this is the best place you never wanted to be. I'm glad you and Tarragon are part of the "family."

Happy Anniversary! Yes, it is bittersweet...but as time goes on, I've found it to be way more sweet than bitter! Congrats on the record reducie - way to celebrate, T!

Congrats on the new low for Mr T. You're a wonderful caregiver to your sweet boy. Every time I open his condo and don't see the word asthma, it makes me happy.

Down to 2.0 units on the 2.0 Annifursary! How awesome is that. :-D

I love the pic and the WCR. I'm with Barb, it's so nice to see how healthy his is and a report without asthma. Head butts back at 'im! And hugs to you too Melissa.

Happy Annifursary! It is amazing how well our kits are doing even w/ this "disease"! WE have learned so much from then in the sugar dance!

I've missed you lately, but yes so much going on now.
