Very true - she does seem to be spending several hours a day in the healing zone. I guess the downside is going to be bounces but at least she seems to be maxing out a bit lower than she was initially!

Maybe she'll come play on the slide a bit later - she seemed to do that yesterday so I'm still hopeful for some better numbers later in the day. :)
 
Of course - now why didn't I realize that's her logic!! Now she gets to spend all day trying to take over all of my computer chair and all night making me stay awake to check on her...and I was thinking she wasn't that smart! ;)
 
True...typical cat! :rolleyes: Though as long as she's healing, I'll just have to deal with the sleep deprivation for now ;)

And yes, just in time for her PMPS...she's turning this into a bit of a habit now!!
 
I haz a new best food. Better than tuna!! Momma mixed turkey and giblets pate with water - she sez its like chicken soup for kitties. I ate the whole bowl and asked for more! Momma sez its better for me than tuna every day too - Rosa

Yay - finally found something she likes more than all that tuna instead of just being prepared to eat other flavors when I don't offer anything else. Took a few days even after finding she would eat a gravy-like consistency of other flavors if that was all I gave her, but we got there in the end!! :D
 
Doesn't she just - still dropping too! And nowhere near nadir yet - I see a busy night ahead!

I know - I've been desperate to get her off a constant diet of tuna, but when it was the only wet food she'd eat I was a bit stuck with it. She's loving the turkey now though these last couple of numbers are making me wonder if there's something in the tuna food that was raising her BG a little.
 
Hmm - she ate a fair amount of lc just after her +3 test. I'm still not convinced she won't come back down just yet - it's still early in the cycle.
 
I might do in a bit - we're only just getting around to eating dinner at the moment. We were running more than a bit late with things like food today. I'm going to leave the lc down for her though - see if she'll maybe surf for a while, but I'm going to be checking her again a few times yet.

Oh, I don't trust this at all - she's just trying to mess with my head, I'm sure she is ;)
 
See, we knew she couldn't be trusted! Looks like the lc only raised her for a short time then she went even lower. I guess she gets her reduction for giving me a 37 though!!
 
Oh she does love her reductions every 2 or 3 days! :D :D She's back up to 82 with the honey and hc - I'm so glad she comes back up fairly easily with honey - now to get some lc into her and try and keep her there ;)
 
Looks like she's on her way back up. Just an hour to go as long as she doesn't drop again - then I can sleep! :D
 
She does - I think pj parties have turned into her favorite thing (apart from sleeping in the heated bed we bought for the 18 year old CKD kitty who never uses it ) ;) I'm very happy about the reduction though - she really is on a mission and is doing really well at it too :D
