WCR: mocha had a nice surf of numbers last night and is starting the day out in a nice low blue. This morning we are starting a new lantus pen. She isn't technically due for one yet, but sometimes if we wait until it's time, her numbers start getting real high and it takes forever to get her back down. We are hoping that this pen is the same lot number as the one we are now using she will continue to give us these nicer number ranges. As far as me and peter go, I seem to have kicked the worst of the cold last night but peter is still coughing hard. Hoping he makes it a full day at work but wouldn't be surprised if he is home by lunch. Have a great day guys!

Sorry you and Peter have been poorly. You know men have a harder time dealing with colds, babies that they are, so be prepared to have him home :lol:

I'm sorry you got a bug. Being sick is no fun at all. I don't know if Peter is like my husband but him being sick is so much worse than me being sick lol. Hope you both recover quickly. Sending hugs. I had a miserable cold a couple months back that just wouldn't go away. It was like a cold x 10 and it kicked my butt.

Great start for Mocha on this Valentine's Day. I hope Peter starts feeling better soon. There is nothing worse than not feeling well and having to work on a Monday. Makes the start of the work week extra hard.

Beautiful numbers, Mocha Jo!! Good girl. Good luck with the new pen, I know what you mean about insulin that is kaput. I think we've just started seeing fresh insulin action here.

Sounds like Peter has the legendary Man-Cold. Poor guy! It always seems worse when my DH is sick compared to when I am, like he can't get over it as fast. I hope he feels better soon and wouldn't blame him for coming home early and heading btb.
