I'm hesitant to start the Liquid Heptato because of the fructose. Need to do more research.

Ming's BSL are so-so. He seems to go lower in the day time and unfortunately, I am a zombie and can hardly wake up to catch those nadirs. Hopefully, this weekend I can do a better job. We're on the 8th cycle of 8 units.
