I didn't go back and look through your posts, but have you ever spoken with Wendy about the possibility of Ember having IAA? I believe they look for a certain higher number before they consider testing for IAA, but it might be worth getting some feedback from her to see when that is, or what she thinks about Ember continuing in these higher numbers, etc.

Oh no! I just looked up IAA since I hadn't heard it mentioned before. Something else to worry about. 😖 At least tonight's high PMPS has a reason-- Zoey spilled her HC renal RX dry food over the back of her dish this afternoon and of course Ember found it. I think she only ate 3 or 4 pieces, thank goodness. She'd eat carbs all day if I'd let her. (She takes after her mom. 😹😜)

Nothing to be worried about, but something to be aware of. There are a few kitties here on the forum who have it: Seth and Bell, Mady and Egon, and Laura and Minner (she's not on as frequently). Wendy had personal experience with it too (and with acromegaly--at the same time), so she is versed in diagnosis and treatment.
