Its the weekend!!!!! Good morning LL.
+3 286
Yes I am late (well for me) posting today. I just had to go btb after the morning routine.
Besides, we know it is Saturday night and based on Max's blue streak last night
he is either going to bounce or drop so I figured I need my rest.
Here is a recap of last night for those who missed it:
+3 206
+4 160
+5 136
+6 145
I'm very pleased with this progress but still do not understand why these AMPS #s won't level off at all.

Other than the numbers, Max was hanging in the kitchen for me to wake up again. He is so silky and just so sweet and purry. Just want to eat him up.
Update on sister Chloe: Seems that it was a bit of gastro. No vomit since that time, her appetite is back and is back to her oldself. Meowing, coming for treats, more alert.
Pills will be used for 5 days, but I think the worst is over.

Have a Happy Caturday.

Re: 2/13 Max AMPS 402

I think Max just likes to bounce -- even off of blues. I also think you see the AM reds due to the influence of dawn phenomenon. His body normally releases cortisol (a naturally occurring steroid) in preparation for the day's activities. It may boost his morning numbers a little bit and that's why his AM numbers are up. It's also one reason that for most cats, the AMPS number is the last one to stay low.

Thanks Sienne, you mentioned that to me a while ago, I guess I was hoping that would start to come down more than it has. Max has only shown a yellow AMPS twice so far. I was thinking food spike to see I haven't used the feeder for the night and leave the food out for the 3 of them. They all have different eating habits. I'm going to play with that today and see if we can.
Mr. Max will do what he wants, knowing is made partly of rubber.
get some better movement on tha AM #

Max ahd a very uneventful day.
He slept straight from +6 all the way till his +10 test.
It's as if he woke up to say, hey, where's my test.

He had a few nice blue streaks today, I'm a bit nervous for tonight. We are going out and won't be able to check him.
I just realized that he usually drops +4, +5.
Food is being left out plus we set the feeder.
