Good morning dear friends in LL. We wish all sick kitties (Rocket, Willie, Whiskers, Blackie and any others we've missed due to our absence) healing vines. Prayers to their beans and esp to Claudia for her DSIL.
WCR: 4Ps in place. Poo will come later.....our girl is regular! Starting to see the new dose take effect and we're glad she didn't spend much time dealing with NDW. It's a beautiful day here today (like yesterday), no wind, and the "kittens" (Gracie and Tobey) are outside on their enclosed patio watching birds and enjoying the weather.
DS and I are going to hang out by the pool today so I can be here to monitor Gracie. Since DS stays very busy at home with her DGS, she doesn't mind just chillaxin here so we can read and nap in the sun  She leaves tomorrow night  but Mike will get home...will probably pass in the airport. It's been so wonderful having her here and having the company; my DBFF is in TN visiting her folks so it would have been a lonely weekend.
This is OT but today is the year annifursary of our most beloved GA Max crossing the Rainbow Bridge. He was Gracie's best friend and playmate even though he was 10 years older than she was. They were two peas in a pod and she had a difficult time after he transitioned to a better place. I pay tribute to him here because he was an amazing soul.....we were so bonded and he was larger than life and the happiest cat ever with generous head butts. But he loved me like no other cat has ever done; he was waiting for me by the door every single night to come home from work and he would immediately get lifted onto my shoulders and would wrap himself around my neck and we'd turn on all the lights in the house together. So many things we did together....I miss him so much. Here are some pics of he and Gracie. I love you my Doodlebug and will see you at the RB one day.
