!!! And yes, I retested...the first number I got was 286 !!! I am hoping and praying that this is due to a kibble raid that she most likely had at about 10:30 or so last night. From the numbers, it sure looks that way....we have a record drop of 177(!)) coming down from that 286 to 109 
. Both DH and I were crashed hard on the couches, forgetting that civvie Petey's kibble bowl was on the floor 
. When I woke up, Trix was roaming around the room. The bowl wasn't licked clean, but I cannot imagine she wouldn't take full advantage of an unsupervised kibble bowl like that. She did cover her tracks well by NOT cleaning out the bowl, and by having a hearty serving of her own fuds right after 
. I hope, I hope, I hope this is all kibble raid...only time will tell!
All else seems fine with Trix, although right now I am super-duper paranoid, that's for sure. But her appy is happy (even for her own fuds!), I got my morning snuggles, she was in search of adventures after eating. Gelcap was a little rough this morning, but it went down before we hit the "hiss, swat, growl, repack" stage. Now she is curled up with Zen (note that they are on the soft, cushy office chair while I'm on a hard dining room chair!), not knowing that the banana meds are just a moment away! (Eh, she probably does know, but hopes they aren't going to happen!)
I spoke with my parents last evening...they said Hawaii is absolutely beautiful, and they sounded very relaxed.
Two more work days and then I finally get a day off...gotta get moving. Have a great day, LL!
