Yesterday

Hi L&LL,

Rusty's Auntie Linda left for home today and got stuck in Toronto rush-hour traffic. But her kitties were waiting for her and happy to see her. Rusty misses her. His congestion got worse as soon as she left, and after a good breakfast he moped around on the radiator and didn't eat all day until his +9 snack. I hope his sinuses are better soon. If not, I am going to start him on the Pred tomorrow.

Edward and I walked downtown on icy sidewalks. Our driveway is a skating rink. The good snow has gotten hard and crusty/icy. The x-c ski scheduled for tomorrow has been modified to omit the icy trails: we will ski on the ponds and only do one connecting trail. But it should be a beautiful, cold sunny day. I hope Rusty will have rallied by tomorrow. I may stay home if not.

Hope Rusty's congestion clears up so you can get out on your hike tomorrow without worrying (although why you'd want to, I'm still not sure about....LOL)
