Took some calories out of his schedule at +4, this should help him drop a little more weight.

He was hesitant, but did accept the Koha duck pate today. Excited because this fits all the criteria. I’m going to start transitioning gradually, hopefully he continues to eat it.

Have you tried mixing in just a tiny bit of Fancy Feast Turkey & Giblets? My vet suggested it and it works for my critters lol

Hi Tim! Did you purchase the variety pack? What number are you looking at for the carb content? Dry matter? And what is considered an acceptable phosphorus number?

That one’s not bad! It’s a little higher in phosphorus but not crazy from what I’ve seen. I’m also trying to sort through a potential food allergy, so trying to get a protein he’s never had before.

I ordered them separate, but I suppose the variety pack could be good for testing. Dry matter yes. The FF phosphorus is between 400-500 mg/100 kcals so really anything below that I’m considering a win.
