You did perfect on your dose this morning. Just a little bounceroo...just ride it out. Let's hope Lily will be right back on the beach soon!

I'm sorry to hear about your baby Snickers. I hope you can enjoy the time you have with him...lots of loving time...

Have a good day Sally!

I’m so sorry to hear about Snickers. Is your vet thinking small cell? How old is Snickers?
Thanks Elise. Snickers is 17. The vet isn’t for sure yet but did an X-ray yesterday and said his intestines looks good with no thickness but she couldn’t see his stomach in the picture at all. She suggested an ultrasound and it is scheduled for next week. She said it could be cancer.

An ultrasound is a good first step. Next depending on what is seen us a biopsy. My cancer kitty was able to be diagnosed by endoscopy. She was just 10. Had he eaten before the xrays? Symptoms?

I took him in for diarrhea and he was spitting up yellow bile. He had eaten. Did your have stomach cancer?

Tiffany had intermediate cell intestinal lymphoma. I think in retrospect she had IBD first. She had pudding stool but seemed fine otherwise and it was once a day. Then she started projectile vomiting after she ate. She got very sick very fast and was started on chemo. She did well until the oncologist missed a UTI and kidney infection that led to acute CKD. No masses but thickening of the intestines seen in the ultrasound so they thought severe IBD or lymphoma and the endoscopy confirmed it.

Poor baby. It is never easy dealing with our babies sicknesses. I know I should have increased Lily this morning and I will tonight if she doesn’t go too low.

It’s fine. You need to get caught up on sleep. So hard when you are worried about one let alone two. Max developed pancreatitis while dealing with us losing the battle for Tiffany.
Lily was 299 at PMPS and I went ahead and gave her the skinny 1.0. Hope she comes down.
