@FrostD I did get a few readings last night from the libre. +1 452.. +2 402 +4 306 +10 438. I'm assuming it was a bit lower the Relion was about 100 lower all day yesterday. I hope I didn't throw her off dropping the insulin. I was afraid I wouldn't wake up ( but as you can see, I didn't sleep)

Hubby scooped the liierbox and said the urine really smelled of ammonia. Kaia ketones were checked at vet on Thursday and were good. Should we worry?

Well cat pee kind of always smells that way, perhaps more strongly if she's dehydrated?

I would still check urine ketones daily or every other day at this point if you can (or get a blood meter). It's the breath smelling like acetone or pennies that's worrisome
