Our first happy celebration is just LOOK at so many of our sugar babies with low number this morning!!! I just love those days when I see all the daily posts with greens and blues all over the place!
THANK YOU ELLA/RUSTY/CHEF STU! We got even ANOTHER box of food yesterday! KT's just in HEAVEN - there's all kinds of food in there that he can eat, things I could NEVER afford to get for him. It just makes me feel so warm and happy when I hand him his plate, he lowers his head, shuts his eyes, purrs and eats. That's just SO darned wonderful!!!
It's COLD here! It's warmed up 6 degrees but it's still only 27! Oklahoma's freezin'! At least all the weeds that had come up are all frozen this morning but, unfortunately, so are the things that have started coming up with the warm weather. I noticed 3 of my hostas with little heads coming up.
Thought I'd post something warm looking this morning. What do you do with YOUR coffee cans? WE raise birds in ours! 'We' have raised about 6 nests or so in them. I just painted them, cut a hole in the lid, punched a few drain holes, screwed them to the fence and put the lid back on. These cans have a built in molded handle which is perfect for laying a square of wire across it inside so the nest will have air flow and any water that enters will drain away.
Thoughts and prayers today for Sweet Sam's Amber - THANK YOU for showing this baby that the world isn't all cruel before he crossed. Also Lydia with SidBaby, BJ with Spitzer and Claudia/Rocket. Today we're adding Zener who's had an upset tummy - not a good thing for Mr. Z. We CELEBRATE with Peter/Devon that bootiful Mocha Jo's been OTJ for so long!!
