Happy Tuesday. Sending many healing vines and good dental vetty vines to Rex.
LBG has been her usual little rough and tumble Principessa this morning but she did have a small, clear fluid vomit right before her shot this morning. I don't know if she's working on a hairball or what but she has seemed fine the rest of the day; she's been playing, rolling around, napping on the catio, eating, etc. Just keeping an eye on her. She has a vet appt next Tues just for her quarterly check up. We need to check her liver values again and make sure they are not coming up. I will try to get a WWF (world wrestling felines) video. I have some but you all have probably seen them so I'll try to catch them in the act the next few days. The problem is if I leave the room to get the camera, they come running after me
I'm assuming the increase in numbers this morning had something to do with the hairball. I hope she keeps coming back down tonight.
We had to go out and get a bunch of stuff for Mike to take to KY. He leaves tomorrow and our granddaughter, Whitley Harper, will be born by C-section on Friday. Very exciting time.
Speaking of exciting, after Gracie's shot this morning, I got my coffee to sit down and read for a bit and it's now starting to get light about that time. Lo and behold, our bobcat was sound asleep in the backyard. At first, I was worried he was sick because he was all meat loafed and had his head down. But as the sun came up on his face, he stretched and yawned and got ready for a day of hunting. He was in the yard from the time I first saw him until we left at noon. He had caught three doves, had had a couple baths, and was laying on his back with his feet in the air napping when we left. When we got home, we looked for him in the back but he wasn't there. However, Mike went into the front courtyard to fill the hummingbird feeder and the bobcat was asleep in the front courtyard across from the catio  Gracie was asleep on the catio when we left; it is expanded sheet metal and the bobcat would need a blowtorch to get to her but I wonder if him being there scared her. She did not seem scared or worried when we got home.......just hungry.
Hope you had a great day. I got to a couple more condos last night but we have a ton of Olympics recorded that we are trying to watch before Mike leaves
