Hello, everyone! I'm just home for lunch and doing a quick condo, no time at work or from home yet today! Thanks for visiting us after bedtime, Tricia. Yesterday: Chyna 2/10

Well last night I got some sleep trying to catch up from the night before :-D . Went to bed at 1/2 hour past shot time (7:30pm) and set the alarm PM+2. That showed the same pretty much as PS, so I went back to bed after setting the cat autotimer meals with fuds and an alarm for +6 just in case. I guess that was the bounce I was expecting as we were yellow then and pink this morning...then almost to the lagoon at lunch just now surprise!

Chyna decided to hurl a pile of fuds sometime this morning...in 4 spots (3 little circles in THREE rooms and a fourth big pile. Yuk :shock: . It doesn't look fresh and it looks like an unchewed treat in there...subqs are tonight so that will replace some of the fluids I guess. I gave her some vaseline in case it was a hairball coming. All mini meals were eaten this morning, so it doesn't look like that stopped her from eating. Shes purring and seems content :cool:

Glad she doesn't feel bad, even after the vomitus :-D

hi there. I'm still new! I see your giving your kitty subqs? after some vomiting :what exactly does that mean. also what about the Vaseline?

Hi Andrea, nice to "meet" you! Sorry to confuse you, I was in a hurry. The vaseline was in case it was a hairball that didn't show up with the puke :-D I'll edit my post to say so. Chyna also has kidney disease and is on subcutaneous fluids as part of her treatment. I watch her input/output because of this and if she is vomiting I add a bit of extra fluids so she doesn't get dehydrated. I hope that helps and welcome to Lantus Land :-D

I'm back at work, and we have stuff everywhere ohmygod_smile I will BBL!

Nice +6 for Chyna, but I know you're thinking the same thing I am...is there going to be a bounce from dropping too fast?

We sure have some drama queens on our hands, don't we?

It's a good thing we love them so much :-D

Hope Chyna gives you some pretty numbers tonight...but not too low!!

What a nice mid-cycle number. I hope you come home to another nice number. Sorry about the vomit. I hope Chyna is doing better tonight.

I'm sorry about the pukus, but it sounds like it was an isolated incident. Those are some lovely numbers for Chyna today...have a great night, Rachel!

Thanks for the visits today, Chris, Carla, Liz, Catherine and Amy! :-D It's been a nice blue day so far once the pink blip disappeared. I wonder what the night will bring, a bounce or a "normal" cycle...the +2 could be either! We need to do subqs tonight too, and I hesitate as it brings her lower it seems...I wish I didn't have to work so I could do them in the afternoon/middle of the cycle. ;-) . No more pukes today, so it must have been the unchewed treat stuck or something.

I am sorry if I didn't get to visit many condos today, work was busy, stayed OT as long as I could to get home in time for shot time and now I'm bushed. I didn't even shovel the driveway...just the sidewalk and there is more snow and cold coming too ohmygod_smile . Have a nice night, LL. Sweet dreams!

My computer is giving me fits tonight. I just wrote a very witty post to you, and when I pressed "preview", it vanished into thin air! angry(2)_cat Let me try to reconstruct it (although I'm sure it won't be as clever as the original :lol: )

Looks like Chyna has been a busy girl today. She's just like mine - when they're throwing up, they can't stay in one place and get it all out - nooooo! They have to move around so you have multiple piles to find and clean. :roll: I've never understood how they can hurl an entire meal one moment, then be back at the plate, calmly eating the next. Cats!

I hope she surfs blue for the rest of the evening so you can get some I-) I-) I-) .

Thanks Wendy...I was surprised at the +4 drop but I did do subqs at +3...still, nice blues. :-D

Wow...I go away and come back to a different Chyna!!!! Woo hooooo!!! She's looking so much better. I hope she doesn't keep you up all night again.

I also hope she's ok and you don't find any more special presents ;-)
