Checkers is starting out the day as usual, on the sink..in the tub. I really need to ignore him sometimes. :smile:

Hi guys .. well it looks like he is slowly making his way down from the pink floor .. nice and easy does it! Can we really ignore a cat? I know I've tried in the mornings, with mocha batting at the covers .. she usually wins! have a great day!

Doggone it! I knew this would happen. I gave him about a half teas gravy/food for his +1 snack.
He licked a little of the gravy and walked away.

And he still took a dive!!

Gave teas FF Delights Chicken & Cheddar in gravy, at +3.

Anybody know the carb count in that? It's too new for J&B's charts.
The half teas at +1, didn't slow the drop.

Time for +4 now.....brb
Okay, 102. I didn't want to carb at +3, because he always (usually) starts back up at +4, but I was afraid not to carb that 98.

Hi barb - love the green, and that cycle is so Checks.

No clue on the FF food, but I would suspect in the 15%-18% range, as most of their gravy stuff is. Not too sure.....

looks like you made the right call on feeding the +3. No surf well Checkers!

That he is, Celi. And a determined kibble thief too.

I need to go thu all the fuds I have, and write down each one that gives Clancy diarrhea and pukus.
He is the reason I can't ditch the kibble alltogether.

I walked away when the drier called to me, and left the little one eating. Checks was sleeping in another room.
He can smell that kitty krack from several rooms away.
When I came back, he saw me see him, and ran off, before I could scream....he knows he's not allowed. :lol:

:YMHUG: :YMHUG: :YMHUG: Repeat after me, "It is just the kibble, it is just the kibble ……" I wish I had advice other that trying to anticipate the dives and feed accordingly.

Have you tried karo rather than HC to slow things down? It wears off quickly and may not cause such a reaction later. It seems to work better than HC for Tess, but ECID.
 
My civvies are trying to convince me that wet food is not a proper dinner. :lol:
So far, so good with the Friskies for Clancy. No puke and no diarrhea so far. Maybe this flavor will be the beginning of the end of kibble. :-D

It's really hard to give Checks anything sweet/carby when he's so high, but he's notorius for diving early.
