Good morning!
AMPS 133 shooting .75u
Well I had hopes that, given last nights green PMPS, he would carry it through to this morning but nope, not going to happen. Although I just picked up his auto feeder dish from last night and he didn't eat much of his +9 (guess I didn't put enough treats on it) so that could account for some of the high number. sigh. We'll see what happens today. I just don't know what to do.
It's supposed to be milder here today and sunny but right now it's dreary out. I hope to get out for a while later if Boomer gives his permission.
Allen has been taken off the lactulose. At the last vet visit (when we had the X-rays) I mentioned to Dr Larry that I thought lactulose contained calcium and he looked it up and said it was fine. But yesterday I was reading a bit more of Tanya's CKD site and she indicated it could increase the calcium level so I mentioned it to him again, he consulted a pharmacologist who indicated that yes it could increase the calcium.....so Dr Larry decided we should stop giving it and hopefully Allen continues to poop without its help.
