Yesterday was bounce clearing day. Weezer made blue for at least several hours in the afternoon and wee hours of the night. I got a urine glucose test yesterday at PMPS with the new strips and for the first time the strip didn’t go off-the-charts dark. It read at 1, with 2 being the highest reading. We’re not under renal threshold yet, but getting closer. I like that she’s finding blues on this dose, but would like to see them more frequently and with lower numbers. Since this is her first full post-bounce day, we’ll see what she does with it. But I may be looking for advice on an increase soon.

See how today goes - if no bounce from last nights numbers and no surprises, increase to 15.0u tonight.
keep the momentum going - stay ahead of the IAA. . .

Happy Friday, Linda! That's great to see a lower reading on the glucose strips. We celebrate those too. :-D

Hi guys .. I'm so happy weezer broke through and got down to blues yesterday! I'm glad she is finding them on this dose too, and hopefully with a little extra juice, she'll find them more often! Have a great weekend!

I iz just so darn PROUD of you Miss Weezer and Mama/Papa Bean! It makes me smile a BIG HUGE smile when I see Wee all dressed in blue and even dressed in her gold crown. I hope she's decided to pack her pink toad suit...%^)

WEEZER GOT BLUE!!! I am so proud of you Linda & Weezer--
It is a long hard road here in LL doing the sugar dance--Maybe sometimes you arent getting the numbers you would like, or seeing the results of your efforts, or things are going more slowly than you would like.
And even though you are doing all you can, it's a slow road!
BUT SOMETIMES, You see the numbers coming down, you see little improvements in your kitty, you have a small triumph here!
You Linda have been the most hardworking loving bean I have seen in a long time..
And all that hard work, caring & Love is starting to pay off!!
PEOPLE--One saying that has been overlooked here for a while-
LOOK AT THE WHOLE CAT!!!--That means little things they did before dx'd come back, numbers start to improve even a little bit, cat is doing more, feeling like themselves again, coat is shinier, kitty is playing~~~~
All these things matter in our babies recovery!!
I am so Happy for You & Weezer--She is a lucky girl--Keep up the great works-Hugs & Love from us!!

Work that juice Weezer I can't wait to celebrate your first negative pee stick although anything other than the dreaded brown is just great - congratulations :-D

hi linda - just checking in on you and the weezer girl! looks like the pm cycle is bringing some lower numbers for the little girl. wahoo!
