Way late getting the condo up today due to a crazy crazy day at tbp. At least I am home now and it is Friday!!!

Tarragon is feeling good, playing with his nanners, chasing his sister and head butting when allowed. I started a new vial of insulin tonight since our old one was 2 months old.

We were suppose to do a 10K tomorrow but it will be 10 degrees in the morning. Brrrr. DH is still going to run it but I have bowed out gracefully due to my exercise induced asthma and being a wimp to cold. I will be sitting in the warm car with a big coffee cheering him on.

Please dont run in such cold, My DH has asthma since birth & the cold affects his lungs a lot!!

A 10k in 10 degrees??? More power to DH -yikes!!! Asthma or not, I don't blame you for bowing out of that one!
