Weeeeelllllll...... Here we are again. In the pink. But, to be fair, I have had company this weekend and that always results in slightly elevated numbers because of stress... These boys be spoiled! Lol. They are use to it just being us three and no noise whatsoever... It throws them in a loop with company.

So. No worries. 28uL is our new dose and we continue with the R. Lev soon! Any pointers on the transition?

Oh, Pig, pink just isn't your colour any more! Yellow is your colour now!

I hope he comes down quickly for you.
Thank you! I think he just might.. He has been up and moving a bit more today and that is always a good sign... So. I hope on the +2 or 3 we will see yellow.. He is spending more and more time there..

Well... Our first run at RadCat Raw went amazing! Thanks @MJW for the great lead on that!

I only gave a very small amount, less than a teaspoon, as the introduction, but both boys gobbled that little bit up and wanted more. They were swarming the counter like the little kitty sharks they are, wanting a go at it. I am over the moon with the company I bought it from. They shipped it out in a huge Styrofoam cooler (like the one Mark's uses, but much larger) packed with dry ice! The stuff was rock hard when it arrived and only cost $15 for frozen ship costs! Not a bad deal, if I do say so myself, especially for someone like me that lives in a bitty isolated town with no access to pet food stores anywhere! Great thing, for sure!!!

I can't really afford to feed it all the time, especially not with Pig sucking down 28 or more units a cycle... Is it okay to feed the wet food alongside the raw?

Yeah, I think I am spending more on cat food than my food.
Kitty sharks! Love it! Which flavor did you try first? Yum inhaled the lamb originally, but it gave her diarrhea. Now we are stuck on chicken, chicken, chicken.
Of course you can give them an assortment of foods. You want to lower their total phosphorus through the combination of foods.

Marks didn't ship my insulin in a styrofoam container. It was just in foil covered bubble wrap with an ice pack. Hmmm. KVSupply sent me adequan in a styrofoam container the same week.

Yes... This has been my life for quite a while now. However, I would not want it any other way!

I ordered one of each of the reds, Lamb, Beef, and Venison... We had a bought of reaction to poultry in two different brands. For some reason, he just lost his appetite and went off the Sheba Chicken and acted liked it made him feel like crap after eating it. Then we tried Weruva Fowl Ball and it did the same thing, but his numbers sky rocketed that day as well. That's the red blurb not to long ago. Took him off all poultry, sticking with the red meats, and he has not had a reaction since... Seems to process the red meats better?? I am not overly worried about the whole prion thing in the Venison as it is New Zealand sourced and professionally processed. Prion disease is nothing more than an errant protein molecule. Typically, you see the spread of these folded proteins when meat is improperly prepared and bits of spinal column or inappropriate proteins (feeding chicken to chickens) are fed. When properly handled, there is not a worry. That is why there is a small concern about Venison in the wild, because hunters are unaware. Professionally, however, I do not worry. Look up the Kuru in the native tribes from Papa New Guinea and you will find plenty of information regarding this. Papa New Guinea is where it all started and where prion disease got its first research. All of that happened because humans were eating humans. Biologically inappropriate protein sources... I digress!!

This you have to request and it is $10.00 more, but worth the safe guard. They will not send it if you do not ask for it.

I do believe it is time to adjust the R scale a bit... I am only seeing about a 50pnt drop if that... Maybe by .25 across the board?
