Alex is acting fine. He ate a big breakfast. He is scrounging around for more food. he's in a great mood these days...very affectionate for the 'new' Alex. I have no idea why he is getting these wacky high numbers now. I was thinking maybe it's the insulin but there's no reason why my insulin shouldn't last as long as everyone else's.....I dunno? All I DO know is that he hasn't gotten into any illegal food. :YMSIGH:

It's frustrating when we ask "why" and get no real answers...right?

Sorry his BG is so high, but happy to hear that he's been in a better mood lately. That's a great sign he's feeling better even if his numbers don't always say that! Hope he comes down for you today, Caryl.

Just out of curiosity... do you use vials or cartridges? And when did you break the last one out? And do you buy at the store, or have it delivered?

I'm not good at reading spreadsheets, but it seems to me that good numbers like the ones Alex just had can still be signs of improvement, even if the kitty goes back up.

Have you done anything nice for yourself today? You need your strength! Have some cocoa. ~O) :mrgreen:

I opened the last one on January 18th..why do you ask mommy of Kitty?

nice? well I ordered WEN cleansing conditioner in Fig...I guess that's nice-ish. I love the stuff. On the downside, I'm unemployed and shouldn't be spending $$$ other than the $$$ I spend on Alex and Jackson.....and I keep saying no whenever anyone asks me out so basically my hair looks and smells beautiful for Alex and Jackson :lol: (which I guess is appropriate) ohmygod_smile

"Mommy of Kitty" - Next to "Spouse of DH," my favorite name!

I asked about the pen because you wondered whether the insulin might be the cause of that "hi." I guess Alex has answered that with these MUCH prettier numbers today. :-D

Someday we'll chat in the "pool" and you'll tell me why you say no whenever anyone asks you out! But until then...on the "build it and they will come" philosophy, might as well keep that hair smelling good! And it's nice for the three of you too. :mrgreen:

Yeah I'll splain it in the pool one day...
Alex and Jackson do like the smell but would prefer if I ordered beef scent next time :mrgreen:
