Good Morning LL!! (Ahhhhhh.... elixir! Thanks Elsa~), and Happy Catmint Caturday!
LL! It's is I, Elsa, KBP, president and CEO of Coffee Cat! Life is GOOD! GUESS WHAT! Paw Prints Pizza is open and ready for business! They are running a Caturday Catnip special today, in honor of Catmint Caturday - lots of nip in those pies! They have even used their signature nip cheese. Best order early! They is off to curling practice at Rusty's soon.... so don't delay! so. well. anyways. Coffee time! For today, I proudly offer Elsa's special 10 hour energy coffee, and Double shot espressos, with beans from deep within the mountain slopes of Africa, AND.... for all my Mocha fans: a venti quad peppermint white chocolate mocha, with peppermint infused whip, garnished with peppermint candy chips and white chocolate shavings... It is my bean's fav! SWEET! OH! No worries, a dollop of peppermint and vanilla and chocolate and caramel swirl ice cream, on top of a dollop of fudge, sprinkled with peppermint chips and a chocolate caramel drizzle.... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh....... mega good! TJ's dunking cookies and Cronuts too!

I hope everyone had a great day yesterday. It was a good one here yesterday. It was very much a water day here yesterday, what with the aquarium in the morning, and swimming in the evening. It was a slow start getting out the door for us. Nicholas has this nasty cough, and is running at about half speed. ;-) Even taking that in mind, the energy level is endless. I sure wish I had half of what he does. Nicholas and William mornings here still continue to be some of my favorite times here. The boys play some, eat a hearty breakfast, get a dose of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, and then we are off to whatever adventure is in store for that day. Yesterday with the weather being what it was it was the Seattle Aquarium and the Waterfront Park, with hopes that a beach/river park was on the afternoon agenda.... swimming was for sure in the evening. This is what I wrote yesterday about the day: "HI All! I hope your day has been a good one. well here it is almost 9:30,., and once again on a FR night I am just walking in the door. ;-) I AM BEAT, so forgive me for not getting to many condos today.... Today we dealt with showers and fog and winds and chilly temps most of the day today, Though by 2/3pm the sun did try to break though. Little guy arrived with one of the nastiest phlegm filled coughs I have heard in a lone time... so, decision made to make it an indoor morning, outside in the afternoon as it was supposed to be sunny and warm by then. we did the aquarium yet again, if only because the science center was yesterday, lol. I've got to some up with other indoor places. yet, I wonder why do that when these ones are enjoyed to the max by the boys. still would like more alternatives. anywyas - took him home to nap after that, he looked exhausted, dark circles under those eyes by noon. poor kid. sheshhhh even still there he is wanting more, wanting bothell park, the center and made me promise I would take him swimming at night, in between those ugly hacking spells. so we did. We were off to terrace at 5, with the understanding that he had to tell me if he didn't feel good and wanted to go home. he's pretty good about that. well, he lasted 45 minutes, when after laughing and doing his underwater search game he popped up and said he was done, and wanted to go. By then he was shivering. it was a good day, and I hope he feels better tomorrow. well can stop coughing, as all else seems to be fine. crazy fun busy day. I am beat... wonder if any of this makes any sense, best just go to bed. ;-) " Feel better Nicholas! Despite his cough and his feeling very tired, he still wnated and really enjoyed is after the swim Friday night Burger Fest Extravaganza and Pig-out. He really looks forward to what is becoming a tradition with us on Friday nights: burgers, fries, milkshakes, and chocolate cupcakes. YUM!

Normalcy in MusketeerVille! What to say about the kitties.... They have been good kitties, and even Lola! Well sorta on Lola... Lola will always be Lola. Crazy fun Lola. When I got home last night I watched Bug continue to maneuver Lola into runs and romps. That is so fun to watch. There was nothing amiss when I got home, just kitties waiting at the top of the stairs. They seem to have adjusted to the late Friday nights. I get a few meows, some leg rubs, they get scritches in return, and then off they go. DH fed them so there was no worry over them producing that "blood oath", they had full bellies... They did greet me, and were off on this awesome marathon run and chase, warp speed, a continuous chase for close to 10 minutes, one that included furniture jumps, floor sliding, rug curling, and stair hopping... :lol: :lol: That was so crazy. Elsa just sat there and watched them, before turning her back on the both of them, and heading off to curl up up on lap. This morning Lola is really into the glass and mirror pounding. over and over... she is such fun! alot of Normalcy in MusketeerVille this morning!

Have a great day everyone! I am to the vet with Elsa in a few - time for another anal gland expression. She will be so thrilled. :roll: NOT! I also need to service the car today - woo hoo! I might even look at their new models today, just for fun... I keep saying I would like, and could use, a bigger one, one more "kid friendly". oh sure.... but it is fun to look. Time permitting, I may go for a short hike though the woods to the shore here once I get home. ;-)

Hi Michelle, thought I would stop by and get my coffee and pizza order in early with Elsa, thanks. Elsa, I sure hope your Vetty visit is smooth and quick. What a full and fun filled day yesterday for all of you. So sorry to hear Nicholas was a bit under the weather, but sounds like it didn't hold him back too much. Sending Nicholas feel better and no more coughing vines. I always get hungry for a burger and fries after seeing the Friday night pics. :lol: The Aquarium sounds like a really neat indoor activity. Good luck on your car, Michelle, always hate that chore but so necessary. I need another car, too. I'm a little sentimental about this one though. Have a great day and hope the weather permits a hike. We even had some rain yesterday, drizzles but nice.

I hope Nicholas feels better soon. It sounds like he had fun yesterday anyway. I hope everything goes well with Elsa anal gland expression and your car. Bug and Lola sure do have fun playing chase. I love to watch kitties running around having fun.

Morning everyone! Elsa survived the vetty, under much protest. Her anal glands were actually in good shape, but I am glad I had them done anywyas. She has had problems wit them in the past, so we go every few months and get them cleaned out. Better than impaction later on down the road, and/or surgery. She was so not ahppy with me, but since coming home as forgiven me. She has lost a little weight, so we will have to watch that. There is part of me that thinks that this is due to Bug and Lola who eat her food. She is a grazer, and often what is hers has been eaten before she gets back. I will have to be more diligent in making sure she gets what she should. I love quick appointments. We were in ad out in 10 minutes.

Morning Angela yes, quite the day! but it was fun, I really enjoy them. These FR swims make for a long day, for sure. so worth it when you see all those smiles on Nicholas's face. Many THX on Elsa. She did well, and we were in and out in a jiffy! Car is a up next! :?

Morning Jane THX on Nicholas - I go too. He seemed to feel ok, just a really bad cough, so hopefully that will be all that it is. Paws crossed! Well, amybe on those energizer genes... MY DD can be the same way. I do what I do simply becasue I learned how when trying to work full time, manage and care for three kids, ans all their full time all day sports all year around. and throw Mannie in on the tail end of that time frame. WOW! it was nuts back then. :shock: :lol: THX on Elsa - she survived, much to her ARRGGHHH! And yupp, I think she does too! Will do on the cars.

Hi Ann True On Nicholas - nothing really holds him back, he just goes and goes until he drops. :lol: :lol: It was a full day, but we had a great time. The aquarium is always a great place to go. LOL on the hunger felt after viewing his FR Burger Fest. I love time, it's fun for both of us. True on the aquarium. We go alot, and each visit is different. THX on the car - it should go OK, as long as they don't "find something" :roll: :lol: I'd love a new car, just don't want the payments. Thing is too that there really isn't anything wrong with what I have - runs great, awesome mpg, etc. I just would like bigger/more interior space. THX too on the weather - so far no rains! it is a bit cloudy, but hooray on the no rains.

Hi Carla Me too on Nicholas. Dspite the coughing he rally did have a great time yesterday. He usually does, he just enjoys being out in it. THX on Elsa - that went fine, no issues. That is always a good thing. Bug adn Lola are at it again as I type this. RUNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN everywhere. too funny.
Auntie Ann! order received, and processed. I hope you like everything. I did well at the vetty. it was OK, even when they messed with my rear end. I didn't like it much, but it was over quick. hi everyone! I hope your day ahs been grerat. I am saorry I missed so many of you. I blinked and the day was gone. :shock: A funny for you though: one knows you are tired when you fall asleep waiting for your car to be serviced. ROTFLMAO. oh hahaha. that was too fun. I sat in the chair, opened the book, and next thing I know it was 45 minutes later. sheshhh.... I hope I didn't snore, or leave any drool piles. oh what the heck huh. :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: I really didn't do much here today. i managed a trek to the shore, and later went to picnic point for the sunset. That sure was nice.I get home however to discover that somewhere down there I dropped my drivers license, fell out of my pocket, my rather deep pocket.... ah rats! I went back of course, but that it like looking for a needle on a haystack. so... guess I need to find out what to do to get it replaced. other than that - day was great!

Hi Rachel - THX on Elsa's behalf. She did OK, was more annoyed that I took her there than anything else. I have passed on those scritches, especially to Miss Elsa. and... I KNOW! Thanks goodness for my at home kitty barista - she keeps me going for sure! I hope so too on Nicholas. I hear he really isn't feeling to well today.

Sorry to be so late. I hope that Nicholas will be feeling better tomorrow. Those kid colds tend to get better much faster than our adult colds. Make sure you don't catch it!

Elsa, you did well at the vettybean. How great that your appointment was so quick and easy. Now you can get back to barista-ing. We sure did enjoy that coffee this morning before heading out to Winter Carnival.

hi Ella! THX too on Nicholas. I guess he had a rough day yesterday, so I hope today is better for him. hard for kids when they don't feel well. Right you are though: kids do get better much faster than us adults. oh yes on my not catching it! nope, not on the agenda. ;-) THX on last night - it was nice and quiet, relaxing.
Auntie Ella! THX, I aced vetty! In and out, and all better now. it was not fun, but I endured. She as a nice vetty too. THX on the today I will bring refills for when you are at carnival. Maybe set up a mobile brew spot while there. hmmmm.... LUBS YA! ~~ Elsa, KBP
