Butch broke his bounce last night with an active cycle Libre sensor alarm went off all night!
He surfed blue and green; it's so nice to see green again. This morning was a yellow pre-shot, but he slid right back into the green. I have been feeding snacks of 12% to steady his cycle.

Thank you, Staci for the well wishes. I'll definitely take those cups of coffees. I had to have two cups this morning to function. Looks like a bounce tonight after two cycles in the blue and green. Hoping the bounce is short lived but that tonight's cycle is a gentle calm slide with some good sleep.

Hi Heike. Yes, I am happy it was just a bounce. Butch doesn't have many teeth left (he had lots of extractions during his cleanings). I think at times when he is eating the food gets stuck, but I'll have my vet take a look at his gums.
Oh, I was super tired today. I tried to nap but he had another active cycle with the sensor alarm going off. The 12% wasn't even raising his bg. I finally gave him tsp of 20%. Looks like a bounce tonight. I am hoping for restful calm night!
My stomach is well again. That stomach virus was awful so glad to be rid of it.

Hi Madeline, wow, Butch is not giving you a lot of rest! He is really working his dose! I hope you have been able to sleep last night. This is really tiring. Glad to hear your stomach is well again! I agree, stomach bugs are nasty. Hope you have a relaxed Sunday!
