2/1/22 Mikey AMPS …. Back in black?

It appears that since I lowered his dose, Mikey’s numbers are worse. Should I raise a bit or wait it out. Seeing black again.

You got a 67 on this dose a couple of days back. He may have gone lower. I think you can hold the dose.

Thanks, I will do that. Somehow I got multiple copies of my spread sheet and managed to post to one that was not online. I have deleted all others so I am back to speed. I need coffee

I forgot to add that the next time you get a green, you may want to get another test in an hour or two to see how low he is going. Lantus dosing is based on nadirs. It's possible that he is dipping low and therefore bouncing to black.

Yikes! It makes me very uncomfortable to see a 67 mid cycle and then not see any more tests until PMPS.

The night of 1/17 he was green and the next morning he was black. So I think this today’s black AMPS is probably a big bounce from going low last night.
