Well she certainly seems to be coming back down numbers wise. Feeling pretty queezy about giving her shot (1U) at that AMPS since she decided to pick today to get really fussy about food (this is an on-going battle, since I got her over 5 years ago). She is hungry, and has no lack of interest in eating treats.. she just wasn't interested in the 3 different flavours of wet I tried. I did manage to get her to eat some by feeding it off my fingers. What a diva.

She's talking and has lots of opinions (good indicator for her that she's feeling fine) and seems to be in a good mood.

Switched one meeting to teleconference so I can get a +2.. having problems moving the other two.. don't know how long I'll be able to stay home to test her :(. If she has gone up some by +2 then I can expect her to be ok mid-day.. if she's still dropping.. then I'll get worried.

yup I would get the +2 and if u have to leave, ,, leave plenty of yummy foods she likes available to her.

she dropped a tiny bit for +2.. I'm not crazy worried.. but I'm mildly concerned.. really not sure how the rebound is going to level out today.. so I'm going to be a no-show for those meetings.. like my cat more then my job.. will just work a super long day to try to get some brownie points back with the big wigs. I'm so tired :(.

Hi Dawn! When you said that Nova has a lot to say with lots of opinions I immediately wondered if she was a Siamese. Sure enough!! She sounds so cute though....drama queen needs an Oscar award? :mrgreen:

For the first while after she was dx, we did weekly curves at the vet (she does really well there, thinks it is a holiday).. they've seen her lots over the years, but never all day except surgery.. every time I went to pick her up.. "but.. she doesn't usually talk that much right?" "well no... not when she's sleeping or eating..".. "but.. not usually THAT much right?" "well... she sleeps a fair bit..." :). She's only really happy if she's complaining about something :).

As for how she's doing.. she's feeling fine.. the S shaped curve is a new one for us.. have quite literally never seen her go up at her peak (usually closer to +8 during the day) except rebounds.. Pretty happy with the range of numbers though, especially considering the last few days.. hopefully that part of it sticks around.

I made a custom conversion one for people on here and changed my sig.. should update automagically. Hopefully it works well. Comments will be in "world" units.. for my sanity.. it's a fair compromise I hope! :)
