Usually Fa gets better after the first few cycles on the new dose, but at 7u, she seemed to be better on the first few cycles. Any chance that the better BG were from the effect of 6.5u? And it seems BG is higher on 7u now and more pink here.

No, I would go to 7.5 units. This looks like whatever is causing the insulin resistance is ramping up. I saw it all the time with Neko. I called it “the dose going stale”.

Yes, unless it’s very low blue. Her nadirs are too high and there is room to increase.

With Levemir, I don’t have much chance to test after +6. I only have weekend and Wednesday sometimes to test more.
