Greetings, LL!

Karre's 18th July Condo

Apologies for going off the radar. The flu that's been rattling me for six weeks appear to be back. Not fun. All the same, Karre is doing well, and still looking good in his favourite shade, Imperial Green. Here's the overview:

18th July AMPS 4.6/83 --- Shot 0.25u
(+1) 4.8/86
(+3) 5.0/90
(+6) 5.3/95
(+10) 5.0/90
(+11) 4.9/88
PMPS 4.9/88 --- Shot 0.25u
(+3) 5.0/90
19th July AMPS 4.9/88 --- Shot 0.25u

(+2) 4.4/79
(+3) 4.4/79
(+9) 5.5/99
(+10) 6.5/117 --- Hmm. Not sure what this means yet. See if Mr. P kicks in to bring him down?
(+11) 5.4/97 --- Yay! Mr. P saves the day! Good job!

We're not sure what to make of that blue just yet... Looks like he had another inverted curve. I'm wary of drawing conclusions just yet along the lines of "That means it's still too much insulin", even though he showed us these signs in 2008. I want to watch him on this dose for another couple of days. If the inverted-curve pattern appears, or he asks in a more obvious way, I'll consider dropping him to 0.1u but until then, we'll give Mr. P some extra time to flex and build his muscles :-) He does seem to be making wonderful progress...

Thank you to all of you who visited the condo yesterday! And for all the good wishes for me to feel better. I hope I do soon. Being sick is starting to, well, make me sick.

Jane

Hi guys .. woohoo what a nice cycle! No advice on where that blue may have come from .. but it's still a nice low blue! I hope you can kick this flu that has been bothering you .. can't believe it's been hanging around for that long!

Looking good, Karre. What a sweet boy to behave while your mama is feeling puny. :-D

Jane - I sure hope you lose that nasty flu soon!!! I hear ya' - being sick gets old, FAST! Fluids - rest - pain reliever/Nyquil type something and more REST...oh, and FLUIDS!!! :-D

Take care -

Libby (& Hershey, too!)
