Greeting, LL and all LL'ers!

Karre's 17th July Condo

First of all, I have to confess a little SS-typo: Last night's PMPS was, alas, not 5.0/90 but 5.5/99. Of course, before I confessed to you, I confessed to His Majesty. He graciously agreed to let me live if I brushed him for an extra quarter of an hour, and if I cleared possibly spiky pebbles out of his path on the next garden walk so that his imperial paws need not be rudely assaulted, and also shook the rain out of all the bushes and trees he may pass by on said catwalk. Very reasonable, I thought.

So, the corrected overview:

17th July AMPS 5.0/90
(+2) 4.7/85
(+3) 4.5/81
(+6) 5.7/103
(+7) 5.3/95
(+10) 5.7/103
(+11) 5.9/106
PMPS 5.5/99
18th July AMPS 4.6/83
--- Lowest pre-shot so far since His Majesty's second stint on Lantoos.
(+1) 4.8/86

Loving the pre-shot this morning. I got a (+1) since I saw we hadn't had one in a while, and he had a sizeable breakfast, so I wanted to see if his regular food-spiking habits were still in play. Looks pretty standard to us. Overall, Karre is responding in his usual manner to the new dose. First day, no reaction of course. Second day, slight rise in BGs. Third day - well, we'll see how today pans out, but so far, it's promising to be a pretty sight. Here's hoping!

Thanks for the visits to our condo yesterday, everyone! So good to see Linda stopping in too! A rare treat  And yes, Barb, I'd love a raccoon! They're just darling! I know they can cause trouble too though. But just so darling!

Happy cycling, LL! Back for later BGs.
Jane

Edited kuz I kan't spel.

Karre is looking really good!
Hopefully he will continue to give you some great numbers!
Hope you ahve a great day!

Hehe, you edit for spelling too, Jane? Ah, but your writing is beautiful and imaginative.

Gorgeous start to King Karre's day. How nice of you to sweep his path with palm fronds..oh wait, no palm trees..hmmmm, I wonder what kind of trees and shrubs, in your area.
Ooh, I have something interesting to Google today. :-D

Your Majesty's numbers are fantabulous! I think he should be wearing an emerald crown

Beautiful start to the day. Paws and fingers crossed that this dose is a good one for his Majesty.

You are so kind to make sure he doesn't hurt his beautiful paws while strolling in the garden. He sure has you well-trained!

Hi guys .. beautiful greens karre! I'm glad he is doing so well for you .. and I'm glad he let you off the hook without asking for to much :-D have a great day!

King Karre is doing fantastic!! Looks like this dose is working--Great numbers lately--Great beans caring for him!! Have a good day-Hugs & love from us!

I'm sorry you're sick, Jane. Don't worry about us, we'll be here when you get back.
Unless we all go OTJ, while you're gone

Just take care of you

I hope you feel better, Jane. Take care of yourself.

Karre is looking great. Maybe he'll curl up with you since kitty snuggles can help cure almost anything.

hope you feel better soon, Karre certainly seems to be feeling mighty fine!

and you say you want a raccoon? I'll box one up and ship to you immediately! we have 7.. yes... right now I think two are off having babies.. and Ralphie just had two.. yes, they all have names. the babies are so so so so cute.. but when they get older they do turn pretty nasty. Ralphie is fairly tame but I wouldn't want to try and pick her up or anything! they come in the barn sometimes but our lot are running a 'gang'.. they have a protection racket going on... deal is that we feed them, they stay out of the garbage... if we don't.. there is garbage all over the yard! so Rosemary, Ralphie, Reggie, Rowan, Rosencrantz & Guildenstern, and Robby are all looking sleek and shiny! pretty soon I think we'll have to start trapping them and relocating them.. it's costing a fortune in dry kibble (egads! what if they become diabetic?!!! )

Karre I hope you feel better soon. If the King of All has anything to say about it, I'm sure you will be back to brushing him in no time.

We too have raccoons in spades - no names, but they are pests. They dig up the lawn, steal my strawberries and raspberries and are generally annoying. The babies are cute, but no so much when they are older. My DBIL had one as a pet when he was young, but as it got close to one year old they had to let it go. Too nasty, they are wild animals. Every few years distemper sweeps through the raccoon herd and it thins down. Last time there was a major distemper outbreak, the skunks moved in instead!
