This morning was cycle 7 for the two drops. Girlie's numbers have been good during the day, but it all seems to hinge on food: if I give her food manually or give her Mirtazapine, which makes her want to eat, that keeps her in low numbers. If I don't get up at 3:30 or 4:00 in the AM and make sure she eats something, though, then she can bounce up. Sigh.

The lowest she's had is 70 on the two drops, so perhaps she needs three drops - or even an increase to the 0.1 again? It's difficult during the day because I'm at work; I can run home quickly at AM +4 or +5, but unless she's had Mirtazapine, chances are she'll choose to lie in the sun rather than eat much. Because of health reasons, I just can't do the kind of testing at night that I did on the 14th - 16th. So I'm not sure what to do!

Her numbers aren't that different from what they were on the 1 drop; it's just that some of the mornings are looking better. So it goes, I guess! :-)

I don’t see any problem with her numbers. Nadirs of 70 are absolutely great esp if you are at work and can’t test much at night.

Your SS shouldn’t have all those zeroes on it. I can fix it if you like.

Great to see her doing so well, Darrah!

Hi Marje! How are you? :bighug:

The SS was fine yesterday: I have no idea where all those zeroes came from. Please feel free to fix it - that would be super!

I'm giving her Mirtazapine at night instead of during the day. The most important thing to getting her PS numbers down is making sure she gets a +9 or even +10 feed: with Mirtazapine in her and the auto feeder, she's more likely to do that at night. I'm also doing my bit by trying to check her at +10 in the am. We'll see how she goes! :joyful:

We are doing great, thanks. I’ll fix the SS in the next day or so.

I agree....Lev rules!
