He seems to really like to dive between +3 and +5.5. Next time, you might want to get a test at +4 and feed a little higher carbs (say 10-12%) and slow the drop?
He is lower than he was a couple of days back. Don't wait 2 hours to test. Can you feed some higher carbs (10-12%) and test at +4.5?
 
He usually eats:
AMPS - 1 can
at +3 - 1/2 can of food
at +6 - 1 can because if I gave him less he doesn't stop meowing beging for food
at +9 - 1/2 can
PMPS - 1 can
at +3 - 1/2 can and then just until next AMPS because he sleep all night

Total of more or less 300 g of food per cycle

He his a big cat 8,5 Kg but not fat (he is a norwegian forest cat)

Can you break up that 1 can at AM+6 to feed half at +4 or +4.5 and half at +6? That will reduce the drop you see between +3 and +6. Sharp drops can also trigger bouncing.
You might also have to feed later in the night if he has an acive PM cycle.

How about feeding in both cycles at AMPS, +2, +4, +6 and if necessary, +8 or +9? It is best to feed more in the first half of the cycle when the insulin action is the strongest and just a small snack in the second half of the cycle if they get hungry.
Do you have an autofeeder for feeding at night?
 
I will follow your advise.
I have a 4 microchip feeders (I have another cat that is renal and I need to have feeders for each cat) but when I put food there he imeadiatly goes there and eat. He is a good eater since baby... hehehe
I also have a autofeeder but for that I need to put wolvi sleeping alone because I have 5 more cats and the one that is near the feeder will eat.

Can I stop testing him now?

You could do that in some cycles or test at +3 like you do. There is no fixed times to test. The idea is to learn how he begaves on insulin, see how low he goes and prevent him from going too low. So you could test at +2 and +4 in some cycles and +3 and +5 in others.

For most cats, a +2 is a good indicator of how the cycle is going to be. But it's possible that Wolvi's onset is a little later - maybe +2.5. The idea is to test and find out when his onset and his nadir are.
