145 Am Pre-shot

Hello,

Just so that I am clear on the regimen, I am posting Felix's AM Pre-shot to get advice on how much to shoot. I was giving .25 and I was given advice to now reduce to .1.

So, my question is do I now start giving .1???

There is not a lot of number history there, but seeing that you are skipping doses a lot at the .25, I would say yes, give the 0.1 and then try to not skip doses so that the dose can settle.

Were you thinking of staying at 0.25 with the 145? Or wanting to skip? You want to find a dose that you can comfortably give consistantly.

Where is the .1 mark on the needle? We use the short needles 3/10.
