14/5 Djoko AMPS = 524; +5 = 121; +6.75 = 279 PMPS = 596

Unfortunately, probably dropping fast enough to cause another bounce. When are you feeding Djoko? I wonder if a little mini meal just before onset will help slow down those drops.

Because he may have ongoing pancreatitis, (he had acute episodes) the vet suggested to feed him all the time and by that, she meant leave food in his bowl available to him all day long.
I cannot do this because Djoko's life revolves around eating and wet food does not last long outside/cat likes it fresh.
During the night, the feeder is set at 2AM, 5AM and 6AM. He starts meowing for food around 4h40 am these days.
I give him 25% of a FF can at these specific times but tend to give a bit more at 6AM (which means I give him less at 5AM) I also give him 25% of a FF can before bed (either 11 or 12AM) and another 25% at 10PM.
Before the shot, he eats about 25-40% of a FF. He is also very high. I am trying to keep the sames hours during the day but it varies more.
During the day, I feed him with weruva chicken licken paw: because the chicken is in a sauce, it is more difficult to calculate the amount of calories per meal.

When he has the implant, I noticed that when it will be an active cycle, the onset starts just after an hour.

Should I do something different? I was hoping this could have helped but it is always the same pattern.
Thank you.

What times do you feed him during the AM cycle? It better if you talk in terms of + times, not clock times, because I don't know when your shot time is.

If he onsets early, then maybe he needs snacks at +1 and +2 as well, to slow him down.

Yes maybe I could start feeding him at +1 and see if it makes a difference. Before he used to eat at least 67-80 % of his calories before his shot. He would go straight to bed and sometimes wuld not be hungry until +3 or +4. Now, he is constantly hungry! With PS at 27 and above, I have more flexibility. It may be the only advantage.
