134 preshot?

My Prozinc family has been amazing in helping me navigate this. Their hardwork is evident in my cats numbers. But recently he's been under 150 as a pre-shot and I'm not sure if I should just skip or dose at .25. I've heard that you shouldn't just stop insulin. He just shot 134pmps and unsure what to do.
