Mauer is in good spirits. Didn't eat for 10 hours last night. I don't have high hopes for green today, but that's alright after yesterday's cycle :D

My pepsi turned into ice again. :eek:
I waaaaant summer! More exercise for Mauer :cool:
 
Yep, you're contending with a bounce from that lovely string of greens you saw yesterday. Give it a little time...he'll come back down.

At some point that would be awesome....
But even after her +3 last night where I decided I could sleep and not do more testing... well... I peed like a 100 times and you know, might just grab a quick test while I'm awake anyway. :banghead:
I'm seriously dreaming about having 1(!!!) night with NO testing and 8 hours of sleep with no interruptions. I would turn down a $2000 just to sleep :oops:

Ha! I tought I was gettingthat last night, so he decided to throw up at 4Am. I of course, heard, and decide to give a quick test to see if everything was OK....:banghead: I wonder how long after kitties go OTJ people still check in the middle of the night?:rolleyes:

Looks like Mauer is heading back to the lagoon, good cat!

How cute. Mauer listened to me:smuggrin:. She is clearing that bounce in record time.
She is on the beach:cool:. Paws crossed for some green :D:D:D

But she's not seeking food.
Normally at pmps I test, feed, shoot and place her at the other food bowl so she knows it's there. I leave out food every night.
Last night she ate a tiny bit and then ran for the chair, where I found her this morning, and she hadn't been moving.
When she's not so obsessed with food, can I eventually free feed?
I only feed raw as pre-shot meals
 
Oh look at that, she might even let you sleep! Good cat!

I hear about cats that can self-regulate... never met one! But I believe, you could leave food out, and just pull it off after the nadir. perhaps? Bhooma will no better!

and yes... hercs ate some kibble today... but I think it din't affect him too much...
 
If she decides to stay where she is.... how often do I test during the night?

I need to scale down the testing..... I pay $1 a test, just ordered 100 more since the usual 200 won't last long at this rate. And her ears need a bit of rest :rolleyes:

@Hercule's mum where do you see my sleep? Since she's going up? Or am I missing something? Tell me, I'm sitting here preparing for a sleepless night o_O
 
Well, I don't know much about Lev, but I think is somewhat similar to Lantus except for the lower onset and nadir. Either way, mauer seem to have had a nice typical cycle, going down around +7/+8 and going up again. She does not seem to be breaking a bounce, so I assume you can sleep until +6.5 of the night cycle with confidence, and see where she is. She hasn't dive any of the days so far. Now as wendy always say, this is just my guess, there are no guarantees, but you can't always expect the worst! tag Wendy for a second opinion....

Fail! I most certainly can expect the worst. And that's why I can't sleep! :arghh:
But Wendy did see the bounce from last night coming, so maybe... just maybe I can have a little faith. Or a lot. At some point, cause today I'll do a +3.
Same pre-shot as last night, two perfect cycles and they both end on the same pmps. :cool:

@Wendy&Neko if you get a second, could you make some kind of guess on when it would be ideal to do a PM test? I know you aren't a betting person, but if you had to. And I owe you a imaginary cake if you win! :p

The +3 is a pretty good indicator with Mauer so far, though you still need a bit more data. If the +3 higher than preshot, she's had a pretty quite/safe cycle. If quite a bit lower, there is some action. Still not clear if the +3 is a bit below or above or the same. I was also a fan of the +9 tests. If there was a bit drop from there to preshot (like yesterday morning), then action to follow.

Then action again today!
SS isn't working. Just did a +10.15 came back at 9.3mmol.
Is this her depot kicking in?

When it's been to long, as in a few days or maybe just hours, then it goes in "view only" mode. Then it need to be opened on a laptop before it starts working again.
It's really annoying and apparently it happens to almost everyone, but Google can't fix the issue.

How do you access it on the phone? With the link in the Google Sheets app? Or the link in your Signature?

And did you set up the SS yourself or did somebody else set it up for you?

When I use my phone, I go to the Sheets app and open Bandit's SS showing there. Never had an issue.
