Good Morning everyone
Yesterday
AMPS 185 1.5u
+ 3 167
+ 6 180
PMPS 214 1.5u
+ 5 228
Some more meter comparisons... considering switch even though I have 150+ FS strips
It appears even at lower #s the FS is TOO low
FS = Freestle Lite OT = One Touch UltraSmart
Simon's AMPS 229 (FS) not compared
+ 2 182 (FS) 248 (OT)
+ 4 68 (FS) 100 (OT)
However.. tested Justice (civvie) again 60 (FS) 62 (OT)
And allowing for a 20% variance, bring the OT down and the FS up and they overlap. :-|
That's one thing that's bothered me in many of the data I've seen in the FS threads,
the other meter seems to be assumed correct, which even the manufacturers don't claim.
Simon's 68/100 and Justice's 60/62 seem to contradict. @-)
At a loss somewhat here, I don't want to chuck that many strips, BUT, this is
complicated and stressful enough without adding another layer of uncertainty.
Looking at maybe the Bayer Contour. Sample size bigger than FS but smaller than OT..
