Sorry I missed this. We stuck with LC this am and at +6 he seems to be doing okay. I’m hoping with 1 unit we won’t have to prop him up too much, but we will be more vigilant about +2 drops next time!

He did fine. I was just concerned that the +2 drop might lead to a low nadir. I would have said lc but tested in an hour. I only suggested mc because I knew she wasn't going to test then. I missed the reduction as well.He is handling it well. the higher depot can effect as many as 6 cycles.

Yes that would have been the best option. I think after the massive dive bombs of last week this seemed relatively mild !
