It is the same dose.... BG was going up a little after +2; we'll see in a bit for the PMPS.
Good news on the urinalysis AND the NT-PROBNP lab: Great!
Leo was within normal limits for the cardio.
Vet wants a curve done. With the testing already, do you think it's a good idea? She said every two hours until the evening. Not sure exactly what "until the evening" means.

PMPS actually went down a tiny bit after +4 increased after the +2 this morning, but the title shows all that.

She doesn't realize all the tests. She previously didn't want me to test all the time...because of stressing Leo. However... we know what can happen when you don't test. Also, she wanted me to only give 1U.
I'll give her the SS link again. Let her see if a 12 hr curve is needed. That's what she had me do, 1/21/22, at home and not held hostaat the vet's office. So she has that sensibility/sensitivity.
You are correct--this is the 2nd occurrence in a year to have a vet appointment besides the little extra ProBNP lab, for needed labs--since I requested a refill. It was fairly close to when Leo came in from last December 2021, when first diagnosed.

If that is the case, do you really need to get back to her on the curve and SS etc? The next time you have to take him in for a check-up or a refill of your script, do the curve or share the SS then!

Too bad I cannot attach her voicemail. I don't want to be rude and not provide what she asked...to see the curve and 'to see how he's doing on the new insulin dose and see if anything else needs to be adjusted.' Something like that.
Besides the SS link, I'll send two screenshots of what's been happening since 12/3 with the AMPS & PMPS. The sheet is so wide, not all the plus numbers show.
As far as tonight's BG at +4, I can't go to sleep if he's still dropping.

It's not much of a drop from +2.5 and he nadirs around +4 or +5, so if you feed some LC now and he has access to some more for +5 or +6, you should be good.

He went down a little to 61@+4.7. I'm just paranoid he'll go lower, but you have a wider viewpoint. Time to brush teeth/wash face. Goodnight!!
