Ivy has had some active cycles lately. Perhaps since the increased dose of methimazole? Who really knows

We bumped the thyroid med dose up last week, so it could impact things if thyroid is more controlled?
We will be retesting labs at the end of this month.

You know Ivy best, and I haven't been watching long enough to have a sense of how sensitive her BG is to other influences on her system ... but I wouldn't be surprised if either increased meds or increased thyroid control were having an effect. I hope she calms down a bit soon!

Thanks, Allie. I try to watch closely when her meds change. I have noticed some changes on BG at times.

The neverending cycle of questioning what is causing what (especially with multiple illnesses/issues to juggle) is so exhausting. I wish it were easier for you and your beautiful spicy girl!

I haven't been posting much but I just saw that her levels weren't what we were hoping for and I'm so sorry to hear it.

On the upside, it looks like she managed to get at least a green for you today! Hoping she'll stick around those higher greens/lower blues for you tonight so you can sleep in your own bed and get some rest.
