How long has it been since Belle pooped? If it's been more than a few days, a vetty visit is a good idea. I see from yesterday's condo that your current vet is no longer your vet...is there another one in the area that is better? I hope he's able to poop soon!!!

the last time he pooped (as i m aware of) was Monday morning around 1130am. (he vomited and pooped outside of box)
he had been having constipation over the weekend too.
he is on Miralax, i hope to buy him some canned pumpkin today

he is outdoors during the day, but from his normal usual schedule, he usually poop at home at night.

he vomited again around 11am today

tested Belle again +5 @ 33ppm, BG 109

no poop yet, still... just gave him some canned pumpkin, but he doesn't seem to like it
 
Do try 1/4 tsp of pumpkin twice a day. Slippery Elm Bark (available at any health food store) is also great. Sending vines for a poop soon!
 
If you're using freeze dried treats, stop them until the constipation subsides. Those draw water from the body to rehydrate. I have a civie with constipation issues - freeze dried treats will cause him to start having issues within 24 hours. Besides pumpkin, you can also use a stool softener like Miralax. Miralax has no taste, Snowshoe gets a dose 2x a day. I can't depend on him finishing his food so I mix it with about 1.5cc's of water in a syringe and give it to him.
 
Belle had been on Miralax since sunday, 1/8 teaspoon 2 times a day.
he pooped (outside box) and vomited after i gave him 1/4 teaspoon monday morning. and that was the last time he pooped

he doesn't hv freeze dried treated, but he has dry food (EVO) + feline greenies treats
 
Try ditching the dry food for a while - that's another thing that keeps things from moving along well. It also must be rehydrated by the body. I had to do to finally get Snow 'working right' again. I know - that's HARD! Even tho' he's not had dry in over a year, if he hears us pour dog food, he comes running with that excited look.....
 
i just checked... he pooped...!! yay!!

once i walk in the garage i smell it already... never been so happy about smelling his stinky poop
(he had a big bowl of pumpkin this afternoon...beside the does of miralax in the morning)

now, just need to get him pooping smoothly and normally...
 
@Squeaky and KT it is difficult to weed Belle off dry food, as he is outdoor during the day (he was abandoned by neighbor and came to me), and i am not always home to feed him.
