Good Morning LB&L'rs!

Yesterday was interesting - Luci was up, then she went down...then all around...and ended up back in that lemon tree. Seems that's just her style and I'd better get used to it.

She was funny this morning - obviously feeling pretty good - laying on the dining room table like the 'big cheese' and then did a little of her odd running thing - sorta zoomie with the clunk, clunk of the cast - paced around in a circle with her back up while giving me the skank-eye as if to say get over here and let me out on my lanai - so I can go inspect the dark morning happenings! And be quick about it!

Today is cookie baking day! I'm baking Millionaire's shortbread bars, no-bake peanut-butter chocolate cookies and Puppy Chow to contribute to the ladies here in our complex baking up cookie treats for all the people who work here in our community. Just a little holiday cheer!

I hope your day is pleasant and calm and everyone has a relaxing Sunday!

Cookies sound delicious....hope you enjoy making them as much as the community will enjoy eating them.

Always glad to hear that Luci is doing well....won't be long until her cast can come off....she will be one happy Kitty:)

The sugar cookies make about 6 dozen. They are tender but not soft and everyone loves them. I also need to work on my will paperwork (yuk).

Luci, Luci, Luci....why must you play with the lemons all of the time?! Please come back to the lagoon for a while. :D:D:D
You must(well you don't have to) post some pics of your yummy creations! The women on this board really get busy baking!
This is what the holidays are suppose to be about. Giving to warm the heart; and satisfying the tummy doesn't hurt either:p. Your community rocks!

She must have heard you - she's still frolicking in the lagoon - even at PMPS! This girl!! Her mama is exhausted from all the cookie creating today...whew!
