Im guessing only because i posted yesterday asking why she would be goong so low so fast, Monster has decided to prove me wrong once agin and not go low at all last night. She went to 67 when i posted that and then stayed above 70 all night. Taking it a little higher even. Blues mostly. But no alarms going off. She got up at +10 again to eat and potty and had a food spike of about 140 but by shot time she came back down.
I can't pretend to understand her numbers anymore! I guess I'll see what she does today while I'm at work.

I think they do what they can to keep us guessing in general. Could just be mine, but I think most are probably like this. So much for Nico's talk to her, huh?

Well, now, right on time the Libre alarm is going off, 51 right now. I gotta get a meter test on her check. Ugh!

Looks like it was an 85 on your meter.

I think once you kind of learn what numbers to expect when you see a Libre of 51 you won’t get as freaked out, it definitely takes time
For some reason when I get 50s on the Libre, it usually means it’s 100 or over for Ivy.
When I see LO on the Libre, that usually means Ivy is under 100 and the span could be anywhere from 60 to 90 on my Contour.

Well it read LO, that's the lowest she's been on that. Meter said 66 so she is a bit lower. I took the wrap.off thinking maybe it was too hot, but it hasn't made a difference. I'm leaving her with MC food, just in case, to help her through 3 to 4 o'clock (+6/+7). She's starting to come up now. I leave in 10 minutes 😕 she's been anywhere from 60 to 90 when it reads in the 50s so it's still heard to tell. Sometimes when I check her, she really is low and sometimes not. I didn't know it would be this whacky! 🙃

Sounds really confusing. Hope there's a way to tell better and soon. Help ease your worried mind.
Seems like the cameras are going to be of more use than the libre. At least you can watch over her to see how she is. 😊
 
Geez those L numbers have got to be scary to you while at work. Do you know if that's when she's just snoozing? Can you look back at the video footage to compare? Is she not eating during the day to help up the numbers? Or is it really not a concern as the libre always registers low anyhow?
 
It registers low but it hasn't ever been this low before. I have an hour left at work, she is still low. I got her to get up and eat a couple times through the cameras but I can't see her now and she not coming. Yes it is very scary 😨!!!!!

I'm so sorry. Is your family close enough to do drop by's at moments like that?
 
She scared the crap out of me today, I thought it would start rising after +7 or so and it didn't. Now I have a dilemma as to shoot or not tonight. It's only about 30 mins away and I'll test her again to see where she is. She hasn't eaten in a few hours so she's waiting for that too. I can't go through that again tomorrow.

I decide to go ahead and I gave her shot. I didn't want to wait any longer to feed them. I've shot.lower numbers before and this was 87.
I know the Libre reads lower, but I still have no idea how low she is. It said low before and I was confident she was 80s or higher and I tested her and she was 62. And right now the alarm.is going off on it reading below 55 and I know she's 87. So the range can be quite different. Until I know more about how she is compared to the Libre reading, I'll worry about her real numbers. SS is up to date.
 
Sorry I didn't get back to you, I had a gig that took much longer than expected. Even kitty supper was late! :oops:

I'm glad you shot and had the Contour data to back it up.
