He seems bit low on energy today.

Any ideas what is going on?

Shall I go up a fat?

I really struggle with 2.25 to be honest with my crappy needles. The needles aren't a flat finish they are bumpy and have turrets and are really difficult to see what is accurate.

(Needles are crappy because I got used to using 13mm needles - that is what the vet advised me to use initially - as he has quite long hair. I am too scared to try 8mm. There only seem to be one brand of needles with 13mm that are 3ml and do half units so I am stuck with them unless I try 8mm.

Marley seems to be ok for fleas. I'm adding brewers yeast to his food as well as giving him the herbal stuff.

I however am itching and being bittern.

I am so exhausted by all this. He didnt want to come for food or injection or testing today. It makes it so much harder. I always think keep going a little bit longer and things will get better but they don't.

Let us see what he does today and if needed, go up to 2.5U tomorrow. if it's any consolation, him being feisty or not as hungry means that he is feeling better thanks to the lower numbers.
 
He has been so hungry and I fend the pestering really incredibly stressful as I just feel I cant win. I dont want to overfeed, but it feels like he's desperate and nothing I give then satisfies him....... and he's just there pleading. ......So yes welcome relief to see hes actually left a tiny bit of food in his bowl this morning!

Sorry for late posting. Shot was only late by 5 mins and then I had to do a couple of things.

When I came in he was so affectionate, and energised and just looks much better and I was so sure his numbers were going to be low.

But they weren't!
