The +2 gave you an indication that the drop was significant. Did you feed high carbs to slow Lisa down at +2 ? Lisa was breaking a bounce so this is why the drop happened quickly. It is good that you tested each hour to keep her safe.
 
I know this is difficult as you never know what you get but the "bounce" normally takes 3 days to clear. I am sure someone else has explained this to you before. I know you may think that nothing is working right now but Lisa's body still perceives healthy BG as a threat. It will take a bit of time before its body understands that it is fine to stay in the healthy range (50-120). She will bounce from this lo number so be ready to see black for couple cycles.
Keep doing what you to and monitor her and at some point, you will see more blue and then more green.
