Hope he slides back down.

I agree with @Dyana (yesterdays post) flat yellow cycles can sometimes precede an active cycle, with him being high this morning there is every chance he may have gone lower than he is used to (recently) and that may have induced a bounce.

Try to give this dose some time to reveal what it can do for Belle.
 
might also be becos that he is not usually given dry food during the day now
but given a small amount of dry food available overnight

Yes that could certainly contribute, guess you haven't found a low carb dry you could leave out for him at night??
