Yesterday was..... yellow and pink day in MannieLand: a little bit of a bounce from his visit to the blue floor, with a touch of green, the day before. We hope for better numbers to day and the days to follow. The meds continue to go well, Mannie seems to be tolerating them well. I am not convinced though that he feels all that well, though he does seem better this morning. . Between the UTI, the Clavamox, and higher numbers I am sure he just isn't 100% yet. Appy is OK, once I find the right food. :lol: Hopefully today will be a good day for him. Perhaps blue one! We have started out that way, sure hope it continues. Right Mannie? All is well in MannieLand. :-D :-D Mannie does seem to feel a little better, maybe he is getting used to the clavamox... i dunno! When DGS came I told him that he needed to be kind to Mannie, pets only, as he is on medicine and just doesn't want to hear THE VOICE, and that pets were ok. SO he goes to see him, pats him a few times, and says. Hi Man-NIE. pet pet pet.... They did share some breffis. It as test time, and once again as I walked by, carrying Mannie, Nicholas offered him a blackberry. Of course Mannie was none too thrilled. SO Nicholas ate the berry and then proceeded to give him a kitty kiss. Pucker up Mannie! He was so gentle. Way too cute! of course I was camera-less. :shock: :roll: :roll: :roll: This morning we had a great test, feed and shoot and clean plate club , purrs and lots of cuddles. Normalcy in MannieLand. :cool:

Have a great day everyone. I am back on DGS duty for the week. T Not too sure at this point what we will do. I will wait a few to see how the rains develop. We are supposed to be under more wet. We may just go back to the Children's Museum.. I will try and get to condos when I can, but probably not until late in the evening. There is just no time when he is here.. I will miss you guys - and your furkids. Think blue think green kitties!

Hey Everybody! What's up??? You guys wanna hang out in the treehouse today for a bit? I gots the sauna and the hot tub all fired up - nice an toasty there, we can grill and eat snacks for a bit, maybe a road trip in the afternoon? Cookie shop! That would be so cool. Morning Michelle and yay on Mannie's "10 hour Energy Coffee"! I think there aree some Beans who really need it this morning and I know you, too! :lol: ~O) I hope Mannie does well on the meds and starts feeling better. The AB's seem to really do a number on them at times. Oh how cute with the blackberry now, nah says Mannie! I love he pic of DGS underwater. He really loves it, up and down! :-D Have a great time today. Children's museum sounds so nice if it's rainy.

I'm so glad to hear that Mannie is starting to feel better! That clavamox seems to take such a toll on most of our kitties here :sad: ....

Nice AMPS Mannie; back to blue now, OK? I'm so glad you are tolerating the meds, even the clavamox. Soon the clavamox will be over with, and you'll feel much better without that UTI. That tripple shot espresso this morning was fantastic.

Have a good day with the little fish, Michelle. It's a good thing he's so active in the water: gives you a breather while he takes his nap! Great pics from yesterday.

Hope you have good weather for today's adventure, but the Children's Museum is a good back-up plan.

Hey Mannie,

I gots news! My mommy bean said to get all the kittehs together bright and early tomorrow morning cause she is gonna take us all on a beans tour of NEW YORK CITY! I know you've been there many times before, but never with the beans and on a beans tour!

She said she an interview - whatever that is in the morning, so she's going to drop us off in Times Square with front row spots to watch Good Morning America - and she will pick us up when her interview is over - so we have to make lots of signs so we gets on TV! I so love that Sam Champion!

Then she said she's going to take us someplace special for lunch in the village! i don't know what a village is, but we're going to eat there. she said we are going to eat spanish food and get lots of crabmeat. I don't know if I want crabmeat, so I make get chicken, mom said we can order whatever we want and if we want sangrias, we can share a pitcher!

and after lunch - she said we are going to meet the President! Well the one who used to be President and is married to the one with the same name as my mom! But mom isn't sure if he will be there for real, but we are going to his office, so we have to behave, just in case. Ooh I hope they don't search me or touch me! I'll just pretend that I'm invisible and sneak right past security.

then she said after that, we are going for yappy hour and she's buying the drinks and appetizers!
and finally we gets to ride the train back home and mom said that everyone can come over for a party at my house and a nap!

doesn't that sound like fun! But Mannie - you need to be well to do this, so hurry up and get better today, so tomorrow we can have a NY adventure! So up the gang and let's have some fun tomorrow. Mom said it will be cold, so round we need our fur coats and mittens! No nekkid kitties allowed.

I know you're as busy as a one armed paper hanger right now and the pictures in Mannie's condo are perfect. Maybe after Christmas when things calm down a little, you could tell me if i'm doing something wrong?

Hi Ann, and Miss Maggie - LOL on the "10 hour Energy Coffee". So I thought this morning. :cool: :lol: Me too on the meds - seems to be getting better, he was food interested when I got home at +9. an improvement! Me too on the underwater - it's a nice camera that will allow me to do that - it is so fun to see what he actually looks like when he is down under. Obviously he loves it! The Children's museum was good, nice alternative for those wet rainy days....

HI Amy - THX, me too. It's been a slow process, but I think we are on the turnaround. I think I will be adding some greek yogurt to the lineup, hear that it should settle his stomach some. One has to love the side effects of clavamox... not. THX: doing OK, but wow - tired rules the roost, for sure! Sure is fun though.

HI Ella - that it was, and he seems to have carried it forward - The Blue Mannie Group is back in session! THX too on the meds - he's doing OK with it, appy is the issue and we seem to be dealing with that OK. Adding yogurt too, I hear it helps. Me too on DGS and the water - LOVES IT, and does make for a little breather time while he naps.. helps stay on top of his stuff. We did the museum - rains started big time about 9AM, so I am glad we were not out in it....

Nicholas and I ended up at a childrens museum near where my DD works. It was raining this morning, and I thought it would be nice, after whatever our excursion was, to take her out to lunch., It has been a while since we could. so off we went - a wonderful deli in Factoria Square. Good times for all. I will post some photos in Mannie's condo tomorrow.

Hi Wendy - I hope so on the meds - these is more Mannie type cycles, so I think that they are. Paws crossed. We did get a little intermittent sun, but not much. Rained like crazy this morning! :roll:
