All is calm and there is nothing out of the ordinary here in Snuggle City. Trix was in hyper-lovebug mode when I first got up...waiting outside the bedroom door for me, trotting to the computer chair, snuggling on my lap as I woke up and checked e-mail. She's so cute. When it came to gelcap time, she was feeling feisty and spunky and was "on the prowl" for fun, which made pilling a little challenging. I usually try to catch her when she's more snoozy, but this morning she was wide awake and not settling...since I didn't want to be too far behind schedule, I had to snatch her and pill her at that point. She was at the ready - boy were her eyes wide - but I managed to get it down on the third try, and she was off for more adventures.
We were so saddened to hear about Chris's drooler, Peaches. What a shocking tragedy...we are sending along extra prayers to her today. And whew - what a day Tricia had at UCD! Hopefully those crazy docs will quickly realize she has been treating Cinco for a long time, knows what she is doing, and he is thriving under her care. Crazy, frustrating stuff!
Time to get the day started....have a great day, LL!
