I wonder about posters in here putting their insulin someplace so people know that detail right away.... in their signature or maybe in the subj line? What do you think?

I am guessing you are using pzi because of the dose you mention?
 
Welcome Sue and Sam. Yes, it does appear to be ProZinc because Sue has mostly posted on the PZI ISG, and Sam started there on ProZinc.

It looks like you have been doing the sugar dance a couple of years, Sue. Digging thorough old posts, I see Sam was Dx 2/2009, put on Vetsulin. Sometime between then and January 2010, he went OTJ. Back on the juice in September 2010. He's a small boy, isn't he Sue, and 15, maybe 16 now?

Sue, has Samwise had a dental since he went back on insulin? Any senior bloodwork in the past year? Are you working with a vet you trust and like? What is Sam eating?
 
Hi Sue & Samwise, Welcome to the new forum. If I read your SS correctly you guys have been on Lantus since 6/1 and are still now, is that right?

Sue was on PZI for a long time but has been on Lantus...for awhile.

So back to reading the SS with my Lantus glasses on.

My oh my, Sam is a bouncy boy. I will continue to watch and learn about Sam.
 
Sam is verrrrryyyyyy bouncy. He loves to flummox me all the time. He's eating Fancy Feast classics or Friskies when he decides that smells better. He'll have someone elses.
The vet I have right now is okay, better than the last one. She thinks she knows it all but doesn't. Sam is getting up there, he's 16 now. HIs sister, Baggy is the ***** queen of the house and it not a sugar kitty. He hasn't had a dental recently. His kidney are dicey and the vet tells me that this is why Sam can't get regulated.
