It is with great sadness that I read your update. Neko has lived a good life, only made possible by all the love, time, devotion and amazing care that you have given her. Now you are preparing to give the ultimate gift of love to your sweet girl. My heart goes out to you and you will be in my thoughts.

This morning I went straight to your condo for an update, I am so very saddened that Neko will be crossing later today. We all hoped for a miracle, Neko fought so long and so bravely and you have done all you can for her, now it is time to give her that ultimate gift of love. I hope you have a morning filled with sunshine and light and many cuddles. We all share your grief as you help your special girl pass peacefully to a life where she will be happy and whole again. I shall light a candle in Neko's honour tonight and look for that extra bright twinkling star in the heavens. There will be many dear friends waiting to greet her at the Bridge. Sadly no. She hasn't asked for a lift up onto our bed since her lyphoma/CHF diagnosis end of May.:( Except for the last little while, she did still ask for lifts to the sofa for DH's lap. .

After much syringing of HC/syrup, she's up enough for a quick nap. Appy is zero tonight.
 
We're having a pajama party too, in solidarity.

Neko has known your love and dedication for the last 16 years. So I'm not at all surprised that she wants to spend a little extra time with you tonight, if for only to say thank you for the beautiful life that you have given her.

Sending sunshine vines and lots of light...may there be a beautiful beam of sunshine for Neko today to light her way. I know that the bridge will shimmer ever so much brighter on her arrival and its melody with Nekos added bell will be so beautiful...

I wish today didn't have to happen for Wendy & Neko :( It is with a very sad heart that we say goodbye to Neko:bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug:. There are no words to take away the pain your having and will have:arghh:.
Wendy your entire L&L Land and FDMB family is here for you! My DH , Fritz and I had a long pray for you & Neko. Fly free sweet little brave courageous fighter Neko. The amount of love and devotion we know you gave Neko is unprecedented.

I'm imagining such rejoicing at the Bridge as she sees so many old friends tonight..I know her acro pals will be the first in line.

Words just can't express the sadness. You have given so much and more to Ms. Neko, and knowing when it is time to set her free is the hardest thing to give her yet. I hope some sun shines down today to make her journey to the bridge a little brighter. She will be waiting for you at the bridge and will be reunited with many old friends.

I still think of them as Mannie sunbeams whenever I see them shine on Neko. The sky is blue, it just has to shine enough to melt the frozen snow on the solarium to make it warm.

It is a very sad day in LL. I am so glad to read it will be sunny with sunbeams to help guide her journey. Neko will be greeted by all of our sweet GA kitties. We grieve our Zener and all of the many LL angel kitties all over again with each passing of another. Liz and I were so lucky to meet her majesty in person. I laughed through tears reading of the last PJ party. What a wonderful life full of love. I have our candle lit and will be thinking of you all today and in the many days to come. Hugs to you and scritches to Neko. We love you.

Wendy, Neko...you have taught us so much. We have for these past few years kept plugging forward because we could walk in your steps. On this saddest of days, you continue to teach us, to guide us, to inspire us. Now, though, you're teaching us love and grace and a kindness beyond measure as you send your girl into the universe.

The stars will shine extra bright tonight, our candle will burn in the window today, and our hearts will break. Travel with wonder and love Miss Neko. We will wrap your family in our hearts to help them find comfort and peace.

Wendy, I am so sorry to hear that it is Neko's time. You definately will have a very special guardian angel looking over you. I think I can speak for many of us when I say where would we be without you and Neko. You are always there for us when we need questions answered or advice. Praying for you and your beautiful kitty Neko. :bighug::bighug:
 
Keeping you both close in heart and prayers today and in the coming days. I am heartbroken for you but thankful you and she could decide and there is no crisis....she can pass at home in your loving arms with Ron and Theo. May the light and our beloved GAs guide her.
